Elizabeth Payea Butler - From Then to Now…… For Elizabeth Payea Butler, founder of NLPTM Possibilities With DHETM, the dream began in 1993 when she graduated as an NLPTM Master Practitioner and her passion and excitement for using NLPTM effectively developed into the work she does today as a Master Trainer of NLPTM with a Specialty in DHETM, certified by Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLPTM and creator of DHETM, through the Society of NLPTM. Simply put NLPTM Possibilities With DHETM, is the place for personal and professional change, and development. In the early years of her NLPTM career as an NLPTM Agent of Change, Elizabeth Payea Butler worked exclusively with adults who wanted to stop old programing, habits, and beliefs that had held them back for many years. In working with her clients, she discovered that most of the old programming, habits, and beliefs began when they were much younger. So, Elizabeth Payea Butler, decided to expand her practise to include workshops and counseling for teens, and children. Elizabeth believed that if children and teens could learn to communicate more effectively, and respond more comfortably with one another and adults, regardless of that perceived barriers that sometimes divide or separate them (language, culture and installed beliefs from outside sources); greater community and eventually global understanding could be achieved for this generation and then, more naturally, for future generations.
