Well I am sitting in Ft Lauderdale, Florida at the moment. I have just crossed the Atlantic on a cruise ship from London to where I am sitting now. I had been experiencing turmoil in my life which left me feeling lost, confused and alone. I was entering into a phase of transition that affected me on a very personal level which filtered into most avenues of my every day existence. I had some difficult decisions to make and what felt like the weight of the world on my shoulders holding me down.
Having seen brighter days, I knew it was possible for my quality of life to be greatly improved. I was just at a loss of how to improve it. I was ready and open for change.

At the advice of a friend, I saught out Elizabeth’s counsel and I am glad that I did. Elizabeth is a kind hearted wizard whose magic of choice includes NLP and a tremendous sense of humour. After having a session with her I had direction back in my life, a keen focus on my future, and an overwhelming feeling of empowerment. My internal dialogue changed from “I can’t possibly do that” to “I most certainly can!”

I graduated from Elizabeth’s nine day NLP Practitioner course in the spring of 2009 and use the various techniques that she taught me to improve my life on a daily basis. I even find myself dabbling in helping others to learn and grow, so that they too can CHANGE NOW.
